It complements therapy, treatment, or recovery by helping you build sustainable habits and a supportive mindset. “Depression proofing” isn’t about guaranteeing a life without depression—it’s about creating intentional habits, routines, and environments that reduce the risk, severity, and frequency of depressive episodes. It’s a proactive, daily approach to supporting mental health and emotional well-being.

Offer practical tools for managing mood, mindset, and recovery

And unlike generic self-help programs, it is structured around real-world environments — work, creativity, relationships, and transitions — helping people make practical changes they can actually maintain.
